1. Shipping Availability
We offer shipping across all locations in India.

2. Order Processing & Payment

Prepaid Orders: For orders below INR 499: A shipping fee of INR 60 will apply.

COD/Prepaid Orders: For orders above INR 499, both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options are available.

4. Prepaid Method Availability

COD is available for orders up to INR 3999.
Orders above INR 4000 must be paid via prepaid methods (Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Paytm).

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes

Express Delivery: Available for selected products. Delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on the delivery address.

2. Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS and email containing tracking details for easy tracking of your shipment.

3. Address Changes

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request an address change by reaching out to our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate the request and update the delivery details prior to shipment. Kindly contact us at the earliest to ensure timely processing.

4. Delivery Procedure

You will receive a notification when your order is shipped.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address for effective communication.

One-Time Password (OTP) will be shared with you for successful delivery. Kindly ensure you do not share OTP with delivery personnel prematurely.
