Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Requests
Return requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving your order.
To facilitate the return process, please ensure an unboxing video is available.
2. Refund Process
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days.
COD (Cash On Delivery) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or via a replacement. Refunds cannot be processed to any other payment method.
3. Refunds (Refund & Credit Note)
For orders with mixed payment (prepaid + COD), refunds will be processed for the prepaid portion, while store credit will be provided for the COD amount.
Store credit can be used for future purchases.
4. Replacement & Exchange
Replacement: Available for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability.
Exchange: Currently unavailable. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, please return the item and place a new order using your store credit.
5. Return Pickup
Complimentary return pickup is available for all orders.
After processing the return request, a pickup will be attempted within 24 to 48 hours.
6. Self-Return Option
For pin codes where pickup service is unavailable, customers must self-ship the item to our warehouse.
